      Please note
        • Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
        • Check-in is 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
        • All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
        • Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
        • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
        • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 928-645-0246. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 5:00am to 11:00pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick up information will be wait-listed.
        • FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $15.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
        What to bring
          • Bring your I.D. - All passengers booked on a tour must have government issued forms of identification.
          • Be sure to book your tour as early in your trip as possible.
          • Water: You may bring a bottle of water, however the bottle is not allowed to be opened in the aircraft.
          • Don’t forget your camera! Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged, but please be aware that the use of “Selfie Sticks” and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.
          • Not sure what to wear? Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March.
